What we collect
When you submit a quote request or download a document we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company, country, telephone number, the product or model you are asking about, and any file you attach. We also record the page you submitted from and standard campaign parameters so we can tell which page produced the enquiry.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation or a drawing, and to keep a record of the order if one follows. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our own database. Notification emails are delivered through a transactional email provider acting as our processor.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet our accounting obligations. Ask us to delete your record and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. If you are a California resident you have the rights set out in the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion, and we do not sell personal information.
