Quotations

Quotations are issued in writing and state the trade term, the currency and the validity period. Quotations are not binding until an order is confirmed in writing by both parties.

Drawings and specifications

Where a drawing is issued for approval, production follows the approved drawing. Once a drawing is approved by the buyer, the geometry it describes is treated as accepted.

Trade terms

The applicable trade term is stated on each quotation. Where a term other than ex-works is quoted, freight and insurance are arranged at the buyer's instruction and the risk allocation follows the stated Incoterms rule.

Title and risk

Risk passes in accordance with the trade term stated on the quotation. Title passes on receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of the People's Republic of China have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to our right to enforce a judgment in any other competent jurisdiction.
