Packing

Goods are packed for long-haul freight, with inner protection for fabricated steel components and pallets suitable for ocean transport where the shipment calls for it.

Shipping methods

Air freight, sea freight and courier are all available. The method quoted depends on the shipment size, the destination and the lead time you need.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Report damage or a discrepancy within seven days of receipt, with photographs of the outer packaging and the goods. We will investigate against the packing record and the approved drawing.

Returns

Because racks and blood bag racks are frequently made to a buyer-specific drawing, they cannot be returned unless they do not match the approved drawing or are defective. Standard catalogue items can be returned unopened on request; return freight is agreed case by case.
